Dear Judicial Conduct Commissioner Alan Ritchie,

This is a really toxic injustice. This is ongoing child abuse. This is really abusive towards myself. This is unjustified and unjustifiable. Sienna and I have Human Rights.

This is a series of emotional harm assaults on Sienna Tiller and myself. This abusive behaviour needs to stop.

Hello Alan and Anna,

Sienna and I have not seen each other since Sunday 30 July.

That is 43 days now. Six weeks. Prior to that we were very unjustly cut off from each other for 8 weeks, allowed two visits (that went very well) before that, then cut off again for the last 6 weeks.

I have had sentencing last week – there are no ongoing charges to be resolved or sentenced. There were no assault charges or charges that could be described as having any relevance to my relationship with Sienna. No-one has been physically attacked or harmed and there was no attempted assault.

This obstruction of visits is intensely abusive behaviour. It is ridiculous.

Judge Fitzgerald said that Anna Ward had written to the court saying that Sienna and I can resume.

But she is not following through on that at all. She has written to me saying the opposite – attached.

This is so bizarre. This is in violation of what Judge D A Burns ordered in June last year.

I have also repeatedly suggested to Judge Muir, formally, that we should just be transferred as Anna Ward is refusing to do her job / refusing to co-operate.

Anna Ward is trying to antagonise me and damage my health. This is also child abuse against Sienna who will be hurt and confused by this strange behaviour.
