My name is Joel Tiller and I am a father, Dad to one 12 year old daughter. I miss her very much and I can’t wait to see her again and speak to her. I miss her voice and her face more than words can do justice.

She means the world to me.

This WordPress site was originally intended to be a part-time business, but that isn’t why this website still exists, six or seven years after I first published it.

It is a record of my internal voice, to some extent. It is a platform for very occasional opinions, ideas, and issues that I share with the internet, which is the greatest bastion for freedom of speech.

This website is not a business and never really was.

I’ve become aware that this website offends and enrages one repulsive woman who I wish I had never met. At least one. Other people as well probably. I am totally fine with that. Always will be.

Some people enjoy this website too.

That woman is irrelevant to me and this website should be irrelevant to her. No-one forces her to look at this website. It’s entirely her choice. The internet is an unfathomably enormous resource of information, entertainment, education, commerce, enjoyment, sadness, and some other unpleasant things as well.

The internet is a reflection of what humanity is, in all our similarities and differences.
