Dear Office of the Judicial Conduct Commissioner,

I do not know whether you have seen my second complaint calling for the removal of alan gluestein as my Daughter’s Lawyer for Child. It is attached.

He is an intensely toxic and unprofessional influence in this situation. I have zero confidence in him as a lawyer, in particular, as lawyer for my Daughter – who did not choose him. As was the case with anne marie percy, alan gluestein has been imposed on my Daughter. She is a nine year old girl and she has been revoltingly mistreated by the legal profession and in particular by anne marie percy and alan gluestein.

I am her Father. I am outraged, hurt and disgusted by how Sienna and I are being mistreated. We are being emotionally abused on a weekly basis. If alan gluestein had any decency he would stand down and remove his toxicity from this situation.

I still have had zero communication from the so called lawyer for child since anna ward cut Sienna and I off from seeing each other. Without any explanation / justification. Three weeks in a row now. How can you justify this Mr Ritchie? This is abhorrent behaviour. This is thoroughly abusive. It is beyond distasteful.

Your family court judiciary think they are deities Mr Ritchie. That intense, toxic, egotism contaminates others employed by the family court.

Accountability? What does that mean? That word is like an obscenity to people like anne marie percy, alan gluestein and kevin muir. They’re a law unto themselves.

anna ward still refuses to explain herself. As does alan gluestein. Zero accountability. Zero decency. Zero commonsense. They are corrupt.

What these people are effectively saying to me via their ‘actions’ is that I have zero human rights and that they have zero accountability to me as a tax paying citizen with a clean criminal record. I will never accept this.
